units and into the computers. For many procedures, our

GPS survey instruments significantly increase productivity

over optical survey instruments.

Since 1985 we have focused on the survey needs for Development, Design and Construction professionals. We established three goals our firm still uses to provide services to our customers:

· Quality. The firm’s two principals, Scott J. Douglass and Randall S. Leavy, both registered Florida Professional Surveyors & Mappers, pay close attention to detail. They train and supervise each survey crew, check calculations and approve every survey document produced.

· Reliability. Modern vehicles, dependable mobile communications and electronic field data collection devices streamline fieldwork. With our office of networked computers we rapidly transform field data to drawings on the industry standard, AutoCAD drafting system. Documents can be sent via the Internet as well as by post, parcel service, messenger or fax.

· Timeliness. We know delays are costly. We work to meet your schedule.

Keeping our customer’s needs first has driven our growth. That theme begins with price sensitivity.

· We understand the survey requirements of Developers, Designers and Contractors. Past experience and years of service to our customers has sharpened our skills.

· We bid lump sum prices for well over half of the work we do for our customers. They confidently budget their costs knowing that our price is set for the work requested.
