Scott Douglass
Firm
owner and registered surveyor & mapper in Florida,
Scott graduated from Purdue
University with a
degree in Land Surveying. Before,
during and after college Scott worked for a major Indiana
heavy construction contractor, E & B Paving. Still close to his construction background, the majority of
Scott’s survey experience comprises survey services for contractors. Boundary surveys comprise the remainder of
Scott’s experience.
Scott manages the survey office operations including CAD and
document production. He also takes
primary responsibility for the firm’s financial and administrative
functions. Scott also prepares most
price quotations and schedules overall project completion.
Scott’s “hands-on” management approach means that he is just a phone
call away from customers’ needs.

Randy Leavy
Firm
owner and registered surveyor & mapper in Florida,
Randy received his certificate in Land Surveying from Palm
Beach Community College. From a family of Florida
surveyors, Randy has a long history of field experience in his native
state. Like Scott, Randy counts
much of his experience in the construction area. Though Randy has a particular flair for roadway construction
survey, he excels in property survey work.
Randy
manages the survey field operations including field crew training and
scheduling. He takes primary
responsibility for field equipment upgrade and maintenance. Randy also prepares price quotations and
schedules the details of project completion.
Randy is also a working manager. He actively works on jobs while managing
and training the field crews.
